Before I joined:
Sceptical about a career change (from mechanical engineering – leading a design team) to Business Analyst, unsure if it was something I’d enjoy doing, unclear on what a business analyst is, and what they actually do….. lets just say generally pessimistic about it.

I did not have a clue how to use Visio software and on day 3 of the programme, Pippa showed a video of an AS-IS process mapping. I followed her guide and went on to map a simple AS-IS process on my own – this has given confidence. Also, Pippa is patient and endeavours to answer questions. My personal SWOT analysis challenge was helpful in identifying areas I need to improve and how to go about it. Looking forward to the rest of the programme 😊
